A: Signing up for a license to 360 BizEnglish could not be easier. Simply go to the SIGN UP PAGE, click on a license for 30 days or 1 year and then follow the simple instructions. You can pay by all major credit cards and all payments are made securely using the WorldPay service.

Q: How much does it cost? |
|
A: A 1 year license costs €140 and a 1 month license (30 days) costs €18.

A: You log in on the left using your login and password. These are automatically sent to you when you open an account.

Q: What if I forget my password? |
|
A: Just send an e-mail to info@360bizenglish.com requesting your password and we will mail the details to you.

Q: Where are the lessons? |
|
A: You must log in for access to 360 BizEnglish's lesson menu. Whenever you log in, you will automatically be taken to your lesson menu where all your lessons are displayed.

Q: How many lessons are there? |
|
A: Every user has access to three levels of lessons - Lower Intermediate, Upper Intermediate and Advanced - as well as a set of Grammar lessons. Each level contains at least 6 units, and each unit contains an average 6 exercises. So, in total, any user has access to over one hundred individual exercises, made up of hundreds of questions!

Q: At the start of each lesson level there is a circle. Why does this turn yellow? |
|
A: Each level is made up of 6 units. When you have completed a unit, that piece of the circle turns yellow. Once the circle is completely yellow, you have completed the entire level. Note, this just shows that you have answered all the questions - it does not mean that you got them all right. To see what percentage you got right, go to My Results.

Q: What's in the bulletin? |
|
A: The bulletin is mailed out to all subscribers every week with links to Business English News and latest Tip.

Q: What if I miss a bulletin? |
|
A: All the items in the bulletin can be found on the site if you are a subscriber. When you log in you can access the Business News, Tip of the Week and Words You Should Know from the menu on the left.
